At GAES, an Amplifon brand, we are currently seeking a Controlling Specialist to join our Finance team and act as a trusted business partner across functions. In this role, you will support the monitoring of financial performance, lead forecasting and strategic planning processes, and provide insights for investment and M&A; decisions.Main ResponsibilitiesBusiness partnering with LT members, analysing risk and opportunities for different business areas.Develop financial models and build business cases to proactively evaluate investments and support decision-making.Lead the month-end closing process, LBE, and preparation of monthly forecast for assigned business areas.Liase with Global Finance/Controlling functionsCollaborate on automatization and lead data insight modelling with the BI.What We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.5+ years of total experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Controlling/FP&A; department at an operational level); previous Big 4 experience (Audit/Advisory) is highly valued.Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
