Our client is a global digital platform company managing multi-channel and multi-monetization products and services for millions of users worldwide. Their mission is to deliver cutting-edge solutions by leveraging data as a core asset. This role offers the opportunity to lead the entire data ecosystem, from strategic vision to hands-on architecture and analytics delivery.
What You'll Do
Define and execute a holistic data strategy supporting business goals and growth.
Develop a multi-year roadmap for data platforms, tools, and frameworks.
Data Infrastructure & Architecture
Architect and oversee data warehouse, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.
Ensure scalability, security, and compliance.
Business Intelligence & Analytics
Lead the BI function, selecting and implementing reporting and analytics tools.
Data Governance & Quality
Establish governance standards, policies, and processes.
Lead data quality initiatives and track performance over time.
Mentor and manage a high-performing data team.
Build strong relationships with contractors and external partners.
Stay updated on emerging technologies (ML/AI, automation).
Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
8+ years of technical experience in Data Engineering, Warehousing, BI, or Analytics (3+ in leadership).
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
Professional fluency in English (mandatory).
Expertise in modern data warehousing technologies (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake) and ETL frameworks (e.g., Airflow, dbt).
Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) and data modeling best practices.
Strong people-management and vendor management skills.
Excellent communication skills to influence data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and proven experience in governance.
