Reporting to the Country Manager, your main missions will be:
- Deliver a full spectrum of HR services to internal clients
- Support the local growth / development projects / initiatives
- Be a Business Partner with branches and service Managers
- **Talent Acquisition & onboarding**:
- Assist the manager in different aspects to support and optimize the results on talent acquisition
- Ensure all recruitment activities in line with company policy and guideline
- Establish and maintain good partnership with partners (recruiting firms, Employment Office, local centers, schools )
- Manage a Talent Pool and monitor constantly certain types of profiles
- Prepare employment contracts and addendums
- Assist on orientation and on-boarding procedures, follow-up of trial periods
- **Compensation and Benefit (C&B;)**:
- Perform C&B; administration, including benefits enrollment, staff medical insurance and liaising with insurance vendors
- Oversee PRC payroll, social security contributions and tax filing
- Assist in handling annual activities including performance management, annual salary review, annual bonus pay-out, medical/ life insurance review, etc.
- Collect market information and data for salary benchmark
- Update and maintain an accurate database of personal records, leave and attendance
- Ensure all C&B; practices in compliance with the updated local government regulations, whilst keeping in line with the relevant company policy
- **Training and Development**:
- Support management team to analyze training needs for Spain employees
- Provide administrative support to local training/coaching programs
- **Employee Relations**:
- Be the contact person for internal clients regarding employment law, and advise them accordingly
- Conduct regular communication with employees to recognize their needs and concerns
- Promote the monthly result meeting in each office
- Ensure employee check-in and exit processes implementation smoothly, conduct exit interview for resigned employee, and provide employee morale / feedback to related managers
- **Other Tasks**:
- Legal and social monitoring
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Provide full support to the head office (HO)’s HR projects and be the project promoter/presenter in Spain
- Assist in implementing and administering HR policies, guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance to Spain labor ordinance and other local regulations
- Help in research of activities of relevant companies and market trends (talent, profiles, salary, benefits, procedures, organization, etc)
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects as required
**Requirements for this full-time permanent job, based in Barcelona**
This position may require occasional trips across Spain.
