Customer Service Representative (English) – Donaldson
We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative fluent in English to support the Membranes team in Terrassa, Barcelona. The role involves handling customers’ purchasing orders, building relationships with assigned accounts, and supporting the sales team in EMEA region growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Process, monitor, and follow up on customers’ purchasing orders.
* Provide effective administrative support and customer service.
* Deliver order status updates and flag discrepancies to customers and sales team.
* Create and correct invoices and manage material returns.
* Respond to inquiries on pricing, lead times, products, and availability, maintaining excellent customer relationships.
* Coordinate with sales, logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure visibility on customer activities.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics.
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook.
* Knowledge of Oracle R12, Incoterms, payment terms, and CRM is an asset.
* Fluency in English.
* Strong communication, multitasking, time‑management, proactive, decision‑making skills, and adaptability.
