JOB DESCRIPTION :
Purpose of Role : Responsible for daily reconciliation and posting of supplier invoices in SAP, matching them against the internal reservation system records, including dispute resolution. Maintain a clean AP ledger and prepare bi-monthly supplier payments. Act as the main contact for suppliers and internal departments regarding invoice processing and reconciliation, requiring close interaction with external suppliers and internal relations and operations teams. Participate in monthly AP closing tasks and control risks related to breakage by monitoring open and uninvoiced bookings. Play a key role in process optimization and standardization for invoice processing and reconciliation.
Accountabilities : Ensure accuracy of the AP sub-ledger through timely and precise transaction recording. Minimize risks of invoice delays and breakage. Follow internal control procedures to safeguard company assets, primarily cash assets.
Skills : Excellent organizational and planning skills, strong analytical abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure. Proficient in Excel and experienced with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Result-oriented with a proactive approach to process improvements. Good command of English.
Experience : Completed education as an accountant is desirable. At least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a service-oriented or international environment.
