Location: Based in Buenos Aires, Lima, Bogotá or Medellín
Industry: Live Music / International Touring
Commitment: Part-Time (20-25 hrs/week)
Travel: Occasional international travel for key shows and events
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Music Agent Assistant to support an international booking agent across Europe, Asia, LATAM and the USA. This part-time, remote role with occasional travel offers long-term collaboration and hands-on exposure to the operational and strategic side of international touring, including offer management, tour coordination, and artist representation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars across multiple time zones
- Track offers, avails, holds, and confirmations (offer grids)
- Coordinate with promoters, managers, venues, and festivals
- Assist in preparing deal memos and organizing contracts
- Support tour routing and logistics planning
- Handle documentation related to tax, invoicing, and withholding processes
- Maintain structured communication and CRM systems
- Travel occasionally to support on-site operations
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional conduct
- Conduct market and data research to identify new business opportunities and support business expansion
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken)
- Advanced skills in Google Workspace / Excel
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote structure
- Ability to travel internationally occasionally
- Professional, emotionally resilient, and able to handle high-pressure situations (you’ll need thick skin and good humor)
- Expertise in emerging Latin music and Hip-Hop trends
- Comfortable working with high-profile artists and executives without being star-struck
- Not required, but we highly value candidates with 1–2 years of experience in a live music agency or related environment, and solid knowledge of legal and accounting principles.
