Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Associate role based on-site in Castellar del Vallès. The Sales Associate will actively engage in identifying leads, managing client relationships, and promoting the company's logistics services. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, preparing sales proposals, assisting customers with their shipping needs, and collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to identify leads, present solutions, and negotiate contracts effectively
- Sales, marketing, or customer service experience in logistics or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
- Understanding of supply chain, transport, and logistics services, including LTL, FTL, and ADR
- Knowledge of customs procedures and warehousing operations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
- Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous
