My client is seeking an IT Project Manager to successfully manage technology projects with a strong focus on SOX compliance, audit readiness, and operational governance within an ERP environment, including Workday.
This role is primarily client-side and focuses on coordinating recurring control activities, supporting audit readiness, and managing the structured execution of system enhancements and operational initiatives across Finance and HR systems.
The ideal candidate will be a strong organiser and communicator who can confidently interact with internal and external auditors, clearly articulate control environments, and provide well‐structured evidence of compliance activities. The role requires close collaboration across technical and business teams to ensure accountability for timelines, documentation, and compliance‐related deliverables.
This is not a large‐scale implementation role. Instead, it is a hands‐on coordination and governance position that plays a key role in maintaining operational stability and ensuring audit readiness.
As SOX‐related activities are completed each month or quarter, remaining capacity will be utilized for Workday project management activities, including system enhancements, configuration changes, and operational initiatives. Success in this role requires comfort working in a fast‐paced environment where processes may still be evolving.
The organisation leverages cloud technologies, modern enterprise platforms, and external partners to support delivery and innovation across its technology landscape.
