POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic and talented Key Account Manager to join our eCommerce team. You will manage some of our most iconic brands:
Elizabeth Arden, CND, Christina Aguilera, Juicy Couture. You will be responsible for the full eCommerce P&L across PanEU markets. This role involves leading sell-out execution strategy, driving business development opportunities, and building strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders and potential partners. If your passion is driving sales in eCommerce and finding the best strategies to delight customers, this position is for you!

MAJOR DUTIES
1. Lead the development and execution of strategies that will deliver growth and meet Sell Out and Sell-In targets for Elizabeth Arden and CND brands across PanEU.
2. Track and manage main eCommerce KPIs and digital shelf quality daily, analyze data, and implement continuous improvement processes.
3. Manage relationships with Amazon teams (weekly meetings, JBP progress, business strategy, and operational improvements).
4. Work closely with marketing & sales teams on designing selection strategies, driving best-in-class customer experience, and maximizing revenue growth.
5. Manage multiple P&Ls in collaboration with internal stakeholders (finance teams, demand & supply).
6. Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure seamless business execution.
7. Set and drive Amazon Advertising strategy (in close collaboration with local marketing teams, advertising agencies, and Amazon Ads teams).
8. Be comfortable working in an agile environment (Trello, Asana, etc.) and using BI tools (Vendor Central, AMS, Cobalt Jungle Scout, Salsify, etc.).
EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 5 years in eCommerce business as KAM / BDM.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
* Strong communication skills.
* Business, Sales, Finance, or Engineering background.
* Analytical and data-driven mindset.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Business fluency in English plus Spanish, German, or Italian.
