Experteer Overview In this role you will maintain and optimize customers' security tools and configurations, focusing on security platforms and XDR/SIEM components. You will manage use cases, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and drive automation to improve efficiency. You’ll analyze threats, tune detections, and ensure secure integration across teams in a fast-paced environment. - Assist deployment, configuration, and optimization of security platforms
- Handle configuration and troubleshooting of client security infrastructure devices, including SIEM systems and other XDR components
- Tune rules and correlation searches to improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives
- Develop and implement automation to enhance efficiencies and best practices
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of security solutions
- Demonstrate strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and security tools such as SIEM/SOAR
