Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-based software applications using Go
- Design and implementation of distributed systems from the ground up
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to team members
- Utilize cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes to deploy and manage applications
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with Go as well as software design principles
- Experience with Linux/Unix/Bash
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with Ansible, Terraform
- Working knowledge of GIT source code management system
- Good knowledge of relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Effective written and verbal communication with employees and management of the organization
- Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines
- Bilingual - Polish/English
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Elastic stack
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with ArgoCD
- Experience with Ruby
