As an Inside Sales Representative on our team, you will:
* Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer satisfaction
* Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations, especially around pricing and product preferences
* Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear, structured format to support retailer sales teams
* Ensure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand.

* Hold a high school diploma (minimum), with a preferred background in business, communications, or automotive studies
* Bring experience in customer service or sales — ideally within the automotive or luxury sectors
* Communicate clearly and confidently, especially with executive-level or high-end clientele
* Demonstrate a strong interest in the automotive industry and premium products
* Are structured, professional, and discreet in handling sensitive topics like pricing or commercial offers
* Full-time 39 hours/week, permanent contract: Monday - Saturday rotative 09.00 - 20.00
* Salary 21.484 euros gross/year + up to 3.000 euros gross/year in bonus + private medical insurance
