¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
3. Oversee daily operations of the online stores (Shopify+)
4. Ensure smooth order flow, accurate stock visibility, and exceptional customer experience
5. Maintain and update product listings, visuals, and content in line with brand guidelines
6. Monitor analytics and report on sales performance, traffic, and key KPIs
7. Define, together with the management team, the site strategy by market and product category.
Website Optimization & Conversion
8. Improve conversion rates through UX, content, and CRO experiments
9. Manage seasonal promotions, offers, and product launches on the site
10. Ensure consistent brand presentation and strong visual storytelling across all pages
Marketplaces Management
11. Manage the brand's catalog across various marketplaces (Amazon, Decathlon, Tradeinn, Vepee, TikTok, etc.) and optimize sales in each channel.
Marketing & Growth
12. Manage or coordinate performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) with agencies or directly
13. Develop and execute CRM, retention, and lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty)
14. Track and optimize ROI, CAC, LTV, and retention metrics
15. Support influencer and content marketing initiatives by ensuring smooth integration with the store
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
16. Experience: At least 3 years in e-commerce or performance marketing roles, ideally within premium consumer goods, sports, beauty, or wellness
17. Language: Fluent English (C1 or above); Spanish is a plus
Technical Skills:
18. Shopify+ is a must
19. Google Analytics / GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
20. Klaviyo or equivalent CRM system
21. SEO fundamentals and conversion optimization
22. HTML/CSS/JS
Soft Skills:
