Job Description brAct as the lead for identifying and resolving parcel stagnation, exceptions, and lost parcels through process control, daily 5 S site clearance, and workflow optimization to ensure our performance level meet preferable level. brCentralize operational performance tracking via routine scorecards, detect problems, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to ensure accountability and stability. brImplement standardized processes, quality measures (e.g., Poka-Yoke, Gemba walks), and audit frameworks to evaluate and improve service quality. Design layout optimization and visual management systems to enhance productivity and reduce errors. brPartner with Maintenance, Safety, and Admin teams to ensure preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance, and a safe working environment. brFoster a culture of target-driven execution, self-accountability, and continuous improvement. Train staff on SOPs, audit protocols, and problem-solving techniques while acting as a 5 S and quality champion across shifts and departments. Job Requirement brBachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; advanced certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or Quality Management is preferred. brProficiency in 5 S, Poka-Yoke, Gemba, and audit tools (e.g., Checklists, Scorecards). Data analysis skills for performance metrics using each data analysis tools : Excel, SQL, or BI tools. brExperience in SOP documentation, process mapping, and layout design for warehouse operations. br3–5 years in logistics/distribution operations, with expertise in sorting center workflows, reverse logistics, and compliance (e.g., ISO, safety regulations). brStrong leadership and cross-functional collaboration to align each stakeholders (Maintenance, Safety, Linehaul etc.). brCommunication fluency in Spanish/English to train and engage multilingual teams.
