Job Description
What you will do
As a member of the Marketing Team, reporting to the Smoking Cessation Senior Brand Manager, you will assist in managing marketing projects for the Nicorette brand across the Southern Europe Cluster (countries in scope: France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Balkans markets).
Roles & Key Responsibilities
Deploy integrated marketing communication projects, including asset transcreation and websites management.
Project planning, execution and monitoring: assist in planning and coordinating marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and track project progress.
Collaborate with country teams to ensure flawless execution of key projects.
Track and analyze business performance by cluster/market (NTS, GP%, BC%, market share, SOV).
Monitor media campaign performance.
Analyze consumer research data to derive insights and action plans.
Demonstrate excitement, passion, and curiosity for our brands, consumer insights, product formulations, competition, and impactful claims.

Requirements
College/University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
MBA or Marketing Master's degree is a plus.
Previous experience in project management.
Experience in consumer healthcare or goods marketing is advantageous.
English proficiency is mandatory; other languages (Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Greek) are a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
