brWhat you’ll do
br∙ Keep the routing engine humming: postcode assignments, service level, coverage rules
br∙ Spot hub saturation before it becomes a problem
br∙ Support new hub and sub-hub launches from zero to live
br∙ Jump on incidents fast and fix them with the ops and tech teams
br∙ Own the data that keeps the network honest: service files, dashboards, service level tracking
br∙ Work side by side with hub managers, 3PL partners and cross-functional teams

brWhat you bring
br∙ 3+ years in logistics, operations, supply chain or something close
br∙ Fluent in Excel and comfortable with large datasets
br∙ You spot patterns in numbers other people miss
br∙ You take ownership without being asked twice
br∙ Strong communication skills in English
br∙ Chinese / Spanish are a plus.

brJob Requirements (max 5, form-ready)
br1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field
br2. Hard skills: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, large datasets), data analysis, familiarity with routing/TMS systems. SQL or Python is a plus
br3. Experience:3+ in logistics, last-mile operations, supply chain or network planning. Fluent English required, Chinese / Spanish are a plus
br4. Soft skills: Strong ownership, attention to detail, problem-solving under pressure, clear communication, team player across ops and tech
br5. Other: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional and international teams
