The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Southern European market (Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece).

What you’ll be doing
* Managing and growing a portfolio of clients across Iberia, Italy and Greece.
* Planning and executing commercial strategies to expand market presence and strengthen the brand.
* Conducting regular customer visits and representing the company at international trade fairs and events.
* Acting as a key link between the market and internal teams in Spain and Belgium
* Monitoring sales results, identifying market trends, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
* Working closely with the European Sales Director to define objectives and support the overall commercial vision.
* Work closely together with the local agents in Italy and Greece

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
What we’re looking for
* At least 8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with sales experience in textiles or fabrics (though other sectors will also be considered).
* Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; knowledge of Italian or French is a plus.
* A university degree in business, marketing, or similar fields is valued but not required.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time and to work onsite in La Almunia.
