In this role, you will provide technical support to clients both remotely and occasionally on-site, ensuring customer satisfaction and system reliability. /p pb Key Responsibilities: /b /pulli Ensure the reception, processing, and documentation of issue reports within first- and second-level support. /lili Take ownership of customer issues and manage them through to resolution. /lili Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical problems in automation and controls systems. /lili Provide support in rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/evening) covering the time window from 6:00 to 22:00, plus active on-call duty for emergencies (response within 30 minutes). /lili Escalate issues according to established procedures when required. /lili Generate and maintain technical documentation. /lili Perform modifications and updates to existing installations. /lili Travel to customer sites when necessary (up to 30%). /li /ul pb Requirements – Education Soft Skills: /b /pulli Languages: Spanish (high level) and English (intermediate).
