Job Responsibilities
* Achieve coverage, frequency, and sales targets within assigned territory.
* Contribute to regional training and develop key skills of team members.
* Monitor sales progress, implement action plans, and provide performance feedback.
* Collaborate with external partners for co-promotion opportunities.
* Manage territory budgets for customer contacts, events, and external expenditures.
* Represent the company at professional events and promote products.
* Work with cross-functional teams such as Medical Science Liaisons, Marketing, and National Account Managers.
* Identify and communicate issues, opportunities, and solutions proactively.
* Complete administrative tasks promptly, including updating databases and expenses.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.
Qualifications
* BA or BS degree with 4+ years of relevant pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
* Experience in therapeutic areas relevant to Gilead’s portfolio is highly desirable.
* Mandatory country-specific pharmaceutical sales certifications.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
