Speed, product diversification, same-day delivery, volume, safety... these concerns are impacting a wide range of industries, from apparel, retail, automotive, to even electronics, energy and pharmaceutical industries.Geek+ was founded to be the solution to these problems. We make logistics affordable, efficient, flexible, safe and agile. Our vision is to establish a fully automated and intelligent supply chain globally.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Southern Europe region (e.g. Spain, Italy, Portugal), driving market expansion and revenue growthSales Operations: Independently manage and execute end-to-end sales processes, ensuring smooth and efficient deal executionCustomer Engagement: Understand customer requirements and propose tailored robotics and automation solutions to maximize customer value and satisfactionRelationship Management: Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to support long-term business growthChannel Development: Identify, recruit, onboard, and continuously develop channel partners in the region. Drive partner enablement, performance management, and joint business planning to enhance market coverage and long-term revenue growthStrategic Contribution: Provide market insights on pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies through analysis of customer feedback, market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory environmentsMarketing & Events: Represent Geek+ at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events across Southern Europe, actively supporting sales and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awarenessRequired Skill and CapabilityBachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or a related field5+ years of sales experience in industries such as e-commerce, retail, 3PL, apparel, manufacturing, or automation, ideally with exposure to intralogistics, automation, or robotics solutionsExperience in channel partner management and enablement is highly preferredxiphteb Strong ability to quickly understand company products and solutions and apply strategic and consultative selling approachesEntrepreneurial mindset with strong independence, adaptability, customer focus, and result orientationExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsWillingness to travel frequently within the Southern Europe region (approximately 50%)Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsStrong sense of responsibility with a proactive and conscientious working attitudeProficient English is required; Spanish and/or Italian are highly preferred.
