Own our growth strategy from top to bottom. Hypothesize, test, and scale user acquisition across all channels (Paid, Organic, Influencers, Partnerships).Performance & Operations :
Manage budgets and freelancers, build dashboards to track KPIs, and report on insights that will shape our next moves.What Makes You a Great Fit2+ years in marketing, ideally with mobile app growth (imposter syndrome is welcome!).Hungry to learn and tinker with new tools, including AI.Comfortable managing freelancers, budgets, and KPIs.Fluent in English (Portuguese and / or Spanish is a plus).Self-directed with a bias for action;
