ABOUT THE CLIENT

We are working with a global technology consultancy delivering for a major aviation loyalty business, part of one of the largest airline groups in the world. This is a technical, data driven product environment where you will work hand in hand with engineering to shape how loyalty products evolve.

THE ROLE, TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER

You will own product direction for technical loyalty products, bridging business goals and technical delivery. You will need the technical fluency to work closely with engineering, understand the architecture and constraints, and translate complex requirements into clear, deliverable product work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own product direction and roadmap for technical, data driven loyalty products
• Work closely with engineering teams, understanding architecture, data and constraints
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, prioritised work
• Communicate requirements and trade offs across technical and non technical stakeholders
• Use data to drive product decisions, measure outcomes and iterate

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

• A senior product profile with a genuinely technical edge
• Experience in the aviation or travel sector, this is essential for this client
• Technical understanding strong enough to work credibly with engineering and convey requirements
• Experience owning technical or data heavy products end to end
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
• Fluent English

• Fully remote in Spain, hybrid contract if Madrid or Barcelona based
