- As our Senior PR & Communications Manager, you will work together with the Marketing Director Spain and the Senior PR & Communications manager in La Roca Village, Barcelona to create and implement a communications, publicity and promotional strategy that will be nationally relevant for the Villages. You will ensure the optimal positioning of the Villages in the broader market of Spain with a focus on driving relevancy with Madrid for Las Rozas Village, focusing on the communications of the right image and message to the general consumer market, the influential press, influencers, institutional community, and internally to staff and partners.**What you will be doing**
- The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:
- Develop innovative and relevant PR and Communication strategy to maximize sales and traffic in the Villages.
- Define a PR plan to support the Villages’ annual and strategic plans and objectives for qualitative footfall targets.
- Define and coordinate the local and national PR strategies to make Las Rozas Village (for national press for La Roca Village in partnership with counterpart in La Roca Village) relevant, working closely with the senior manager in La Roca Village for national positioning.
- Develop effective internal communications of the Village’s PR positioning and ‘voice’ to all departments within the business.
- Build and nurture new and existing relationships with key communities with influence to drive relevancy of Las Rozas Village in Madrid, especially LATAM communities.

- We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:
- Proven experience in a similar role, e.g. agency environment, or publishing world, ideally with experience of brand building
- Extensive experience in advertising, press, PR, and media
- An expert of Madrid and Spain society with strong relationships with relevant stakeholders in the city.
- In-depth knowledge of and affinity for luxury products.
