What are we looking for?
We are seeking a proactive Junior Legal Counsel to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support various legal functions.
In the Ibero American Legal division, we are looking for a person who can help us in the following activities:
- Document Drafting : Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, policies and memos. Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Document Review : Organize and review legal documents, ensuring they are properly cataloged and accessible.
- Administrative Support : Provide administrative assistance, such as filing, appointment scheduling, and maintaining organized legal documents.
- Legal Research and Analysis : Conduct in-depth legal research on relevant statutes, case law, and regulations.
- Support Senior Legal Counsels in managing legal matters and projects.
- Prepare all type of presentations.
- Manage IA tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide legal guidance and support.
- Participate in compliance initiatives and training programs.
- Support in budget and expenses.

- Basic knowledge of accountancy and finance.
Education level and experience:
- Degree in Law or double degree in law and ADE
- 1-3 years of experience in a legal environment, preferable in a corporate law
Language:
- Native Spanish and fluent in English
