Business Development & In-Licencing Manager, EMENA
Role: Full time, permanent
We have a great opportunity for an experienced and assertive Business Development & In-Licensing Manager to join our EMENA Generics In-Licensing team. The main elements of this role will be to identify new business development opportunities, identify suppliers for unmet portfolio needs, negotiate commercial terms and agreements, elaborate business cases and present them to the Senior Management, coordinate the project cross functionally, from IP to RA and NPL (New Product Launches), while supporting Procurement team throughout product life cycle in building and consolidating business relationship with partners.
You’ll analyse the market for opportunities to incorporate products in Accord’s portfolio and lead the negotiation of the relevant partnership’s deal, securing commercial offers and maximizing profit.
By liaising with other stakeholders and relevant departments you’ll gain a thorough understanding to the market price, intellectual property and regulatory constraints before evaluating business cases and presenting your proposals to the management team.
Demonstrable experience in project management – able to manage several projects simultaneously
Desire to learn and explore business opportunities
Strong communication skills, fluent in both Spanish and English
Good business acumen and analytical skills
