- Ensure high-quality standards in invoice processing and financial administration.- Take big part in recruiting.- Coaching and competence development.- Assisting and coaching employees to provide top-notch service to our customers- Implementation of new procedures, projects, and customers.- Personnel responsibility administration such as time sheets, salary file, absenceroutines, updating/maintaining shift plan.- Used to following service levels - KPIs and SLA’s.- Follow up on quality and deviations, plan and execute.- Create and maintaininginstructions and operations manuals.- Resource management, shift planning and maintenance.- Covering for other Team leaders.- Work closely with other departments within Viking Assistance Group.What qualifications we are looking for:
