Responsibilities
- Management of high‑volume inbound and outbound sales motions with regular customer contact across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video, and social media outreach.
- Ability to identify relevant alternative points of contact as appropriate to outreach strategy through tools such as Sales Navigator and all forms of desk targets.
- Adherence to all response‑time SLAs and mandatory sales cadences.
- Actively manage sales pipeline with a focus on moving prospects through the sales funnel.
- Document all relevant prospect and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce).
- Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to further the customer journey and buying process.
- Review and report daily, monthly, and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals.
- Work model: Hybrid (Wednesday and Thursday in office).
- Working hours: Monday – Friday 10:00 – 19:00.
Qualifications
- Fluent level of English – written and spoken.
- Minimum 2.5 years in a sales role, ideally in tech advertising sales sector.
- Proven ability to unlock high‑potential budget opportunities and grow customer financial investment over time.
- Digital advertising knowledge – considered an advantage.
- Skilled at competitive selling to win new business.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas into a simple and understandable format.
- Strong time‑management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable in a constantly changing fast‑paced environment.
- Salesforce experience or prior exposure to a CRM tool.
