Community Property Manager — Marbella DAE Administración y Economía S.L.
At DAE, we manage a portfolio of premium residential communities across Marbella and the Costa del Sol. We're looking for a Community Property Manager to join our team — someone who wants to grow with us and understands that behind every community there are owners who deserve a serious, responsive and resolute service.
What you'll do:
- Full management of a portfolio of homeowners' communities (comunidades de propietarios).
- Direct contact with owners, presidents and suppliers — by phone, email and in person. (This matters: we want someone who picks up the phone and solves things, not someone who avoids it.)
- Preparation and follow-up of owners' meetings, budgets, special assessments and agreements.
- Coordination of incidents, suppliers and maintenance.
- Administrative and documentary follow-up of each community.
We're looking for someone who…
- Has experience in property administration or community management (a plus, but not essential if you have the right attitude and people skills).
- Communicates confidently, both on the phone and in writing — patient, clear, and good with people.
- Is organised, autonomous and solution-oriented.
- Speaks fluent English and Spanish — both are essential. Our owners are international and so is the way we work.
- Knows the Spanish Horizontal Property Act (LPH) or is genuinely keen to master it.
What we offer:

- Permanent contract, full-time.
- On-site role based at our Marbella office.
- Salary: €20,000 – €22,000 gross per year (approximately €1,400 net per month over 12 payments).
