What You’ll Do:
- Source new properties and clients.
- Manage and retain a client portfolio.
- Advise buyers and sellers throughout the entire process.
- Negotiate and close property sales, purchases, and rentals.
- Conduct market studies to optimize property valuations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in real estate or sales (a plus).
- High level of English + other European languages (Dutch, French, Polish, German...)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive attitude, motivation, and ambition.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market (preferably Costa Blanca).
