As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for fostering close relationships with customers by actively providing business suggestions and recommendations that help make their businesses more profitable. You will provide customers with information related to Desigual's products, services, promotions, sales guides (VM, KPIs, Sell-outs tools), marketing actions, and other relevant information to enable effective selling of the company's products across various sales channels, thereby increasing sales and profitability for both the clients and Desigual.
Master Data: Ensure customer master data is accurate and properly maintained by setting up new accounts, updating commercial & financial information, and canceling existing ones if needed.

What are we looking for?
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
* Proven experience in account management or similar roles, preferably in fashion or retail.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
* SAP knowledge.
* Excellent verbal and written skills in Italian.
* Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Main Responsibilities
* Account Management: Manage orders and returns, process and follow-up on customer orders, handle product and service changes, and ensure accurate and timely delivery. Review and approve sales returns and discrepancies. Prepare and send invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Collections: Ensure timely invoice payments, follow up on overdue accounts, claim overdue amounts, and manage refunds and guarantees as per company policies.
* Deliveries: Ensure on-time deliveries, fulfill payment obligations, and manage proformas and overdue claims.
* Promotions and Marketing: Coordinate marketing campaigns for key accounts, ensuring effective brand messaging.
* Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, collaborate with logistics, and ensure product availability.
* Data Analysis: Maintain accurate account information, reconcile invoices and payments, and send account statements.
* Problem Solving: Identify and resolve disputes related to commercial, financial, or logistics issues, aiming to minimize defaults and maximize overdue collections.
