We are seeking an experienced HRBP to lead and deliver human resource services and initiatives for our Coslada and Tarragona sites, which employ 400 people. As part of the HR team in Spain, the HR Partner Specialized Care will be involved in the full scope of Human Resources activities across our Spanish operations. This role will involve challenging projects that provide personal growth, demonstrate strategic capability, and offer exposure to and engagement with key senior business leaders.
This role reports to the Regional HR Manager South Europe.
Please note: This is a temporary contract.
Your responsibilities :
* Lead local labor relations, including unions and work councils, ensuring the flawless execution of specific global and local projects.
* Optimize human capital by ensuring organizational structure and design align with business needs.
* Partner with all levels of managers to provide professional consulting and decision-making support across the employee lifecycle.
* Demonstrate high levels of HR competence, tactical skills, and expertise.
* Provide coaching and counsel on performance, compensation, career development, etc., aligning with business strategy and objectives.
* Guide leaders through difficult situations, employee relations issues, and conflicts.
* Ask critical questions to evaluate situations and provide guidance.
* Identify and develop talent by ensuring clear development and succession plans.
* Navigate complex global organizations to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
* Support site-level employee engagement initiatives, including survey participation, and drive accountability for plans to monitor and improve engagement.
Requirements :
* At least 10 years of prior HR Business Partnership experience, ideally in a multinational, industrial, and matrix environment.
* Deep knowledge of Spanish employment law, labor relations, and negotiations.
* Strategic thinking to anticipate challenges and address issues that benefit and improve the organization.
* Ability to understand, interpret, and apply relevant laws and regulations.
* Strong consultative skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
* Exceptional customer service, emotional intelligence, and empathy.
* High personal integrity and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
* Effective interaction with senior management, with experience working with manufacturing, engineering, or sales teams.
* Working knowledge of Workday and case management tools.
* Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Preferred Experience :
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred, but extensive practical HR experience will also be highly regarded.
