Schedule: Full-time (39 hours/week), rotational shifts between 09:00–20:00 (Monday to Sunday, 2 days off per week)

In their vibrant Barcelona office, they are now looking to hire a Danish-speaking Travel Advisor to join their exciting team.
Role
As a Danish Travel Advisor, you will be supporting travelers and accommodation providers through a major online travel platform. Your main tasks include:
* Understanding and identifying customer needs
* Mediating between international travelers and accommodation providers
* Clarifying inquiries regarding services, payments, or technical issues
* Providing accurate information and following set procedures via email and phone
* Ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
* Working with various systems (CRM, Office 365, internal platforms)
Requirements
To be successful in this role you need:
* Fluency in Danish and advanced English
* Prior experience in customer service (B2B or B2C) or contact center environments is valued
* Excellent communication and listening skills (both written and spoken)
* PC literacy and ability to work with tools such as Office 365 and CRM platforms
* Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
* Open-mindedness toward changing business priorities and processes
* Affinity with online travel/accommodation platforms
* Availability to work from the office and from home (within 100 km of the office)
