**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines, resources, and scope
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and progress
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and adapt plans as necessary to ensure project success
- Take ownership of the project and drive the software development process through all stages of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Review and improve the performance of individual team members
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science
- PMP, PMI-ACP certification
- At least 3 years of experience leading software development projects in networking or security
- Good understanding of networking and security concepts
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Proven experience of creating project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
