- Multichannel Consultancy: Provide expert assistance via phone, email, and digital chat regarding account management, complex transactions, and platform navigation.

Professional Development & Onboarding
We prioritize your growth. Before assuming full responsibilities, you will complete an intensive, paid onboarding program designed to transition you into a Fintech Specialist :
- Phase I (Training): 5 weeks of immersive, foundational instruction.
- Training Hours: 09:00 – 15:00.
- Core Curriculum: Mastery of proprietary banking software, international financial regulations, and high-level communication strategies.
- Standard Operations: A consistent 35-hour work week following the certification period.
