As a Partnerships Growth Associate, you’ll help Stasher grow by finding, signing, and supporting travel & hospitality partners. This role is hands-on: from prospecting and deal-making to managing relationships and testing new growth ideas.
Open to candidates across the UK and Europe. Remote role with regular in-person team meetups.
What You’ll Bring
* 1–3 years in sales, business development, or partnerships (travel/hospitality a plus)
* Fluent English + another European language of the following: French, Spanish, Italian, or German
* Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
* Independent, proactive, and collaborative
* Creative problem solver with passion for travel
What You’ll Do
* Research & reach out to new travel/hospitality partners
* Negotiate and close win–win partnership deals
* Manage partner relationships and ensure value
* Test new growth channels to acquire customers
* Track performance, analyze data & share insights
* Spot trends and suggest new opportunities
