Job Description:
Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for a Siebel Technical Lead. This resource will be working at our client site in Valencia, Spain.
Job Responsibilities:
The consultant would help and support the development of CRM systems, integration mechanisms with various sub-systems. The consultant also will provide support to the design and development of the various initiatives of the customer to improve user experience:
1.Participate in planning, preparation, and facilitation of customer workshops/interviews to collect, analyze, and document business requirements, business processes, business rules and workflows.
2.Assist in the mapping of business requirements, business processes, business rules and workflows to functional solutions on the client CRM platform and best practices.
3.Analyze user data to understand usage patterns, validate data quality, integrity, and security, generate relevant reports, and recommend appropriate actions.
4.Manage a team of CRM developers and ensure that business needs are understood and that any gaps are documented as CRM configuration and customization requirements in the format specified by the CRM system architect and required by the CRM developers.
5.Document User Acceptance Testing (UAT) use cases, plans, and results.
6.Document end-user training materials and product manuals.
7.Participate in the planning, delivery, and support of UAT, end-user training and CRM production technical support.
Deliverables:
1.Participate in, manage and support deployments of CRM applications for client offices.
2.Build a team of highly capable developers with best practice-based development standards and highest quality deliverables.
3.Provide ongoing Tier 3 support for CRM applications
4.Provide input to overall CRM architecture and long-term deployment roadmap.
Educational Qualification:
Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, mathematics, or related field. A first-level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted instead of an advanced university degree.
Experience/Skills:
•Familiarity with web technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTTP, CSS,
•10 years or more in building applications using Siebel CRM with at least 4 full lifecycle deployments. Must be experienced with Siebel configuration, EAI, Workflows, Business Services, eScript and BIP reports. Must have good knowledge and experience in integration using EAI, VBC and web services.
•A proven expert in one or more CRM technologies (Siebel, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dynamics
•Experience with integration with back-office technologies like SAP, Peoplesoft etc.
•10 years of more in developing applications using databases like Oracle, SQL Server, mySQL etc.
