* Strong analytical skills without drifting into operational detail
* Can work with HR, IT, SCM, Legal without dominating or getting sucked into detail
* Strong in structuring slides, frameworks, interface maps, and KPI definitions
* Must resist “process engineering” or “tool configuration” unless explicitly asked
