Iam working with aboutiqueDestination Management Company (DMC)specializing in high-end, tailor-made travel experiences that is seeking aLuxury Group Travel Managerto join its team.
The company designs and delivers bespoke cultural journeys across Spain for an international, high-end clientele, with a strong focus on quality, detail, and personalized service.
This is asenior, client-facing positioncombining luxurygroup saleswith operational responsibility.
You will manage high-end group travel projects end-to-end, ensuring flawless execution from initial inquiry through to final delivery.
The role requires strong autonomy, excellent client management skills, and deep experience in complex group travel within a luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manageluxury group travel requestsfrom initial inquiry to completion
Design and coordinatetailor-made cultural itinerariesacross Spain
Act as theprimary point of contactfor high-value international clients, some of these your contacts
Oversee bookings, pricing, availability, and documentation in coordination with internal support teams
Managecomplex group logistics and operational executionwith precision
Resolve operational challenges proactively to ensure seamless delivery
Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
Ensure consistently high standards of service aligned with luxury expectations
Candidate Profile
Minimum5+ years of experiencein aDMC, luxury tour operator, or similar environment
Strong background inluxury tailor-made travel and group operations
Proven experience working withSpain-based travel programs
Deep understanding ofcultural tourism and high-end client expectations
Ability to manage complex projects independently from start to finish
Strong communication, organizational, and B2B client skills
Fluent English is essential(additional languages are a plus)
