We are looking for a Commercial Tech Operations Manager to join an international project in the FMCG sector. At Agap2, you’ll be part of a global Commercial Tech Services team supporting and optimizing digital solutions for Sales and Marketing teams worldwide. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring service quality, vendor coordination, incident management, and continuous improvement. You’ll work mainly with Salesforce-based solutions, as well as other platforms such as SAP Commerce Cloud. Manage small projects, governance tasks, and service improvements. Support general tech teams and local business users. Fluent English (C1–C2). ~5+ years of experience in similar IT or business support roles. ~ Hands-on with Salesforce (delivery, support, or project experience). ~ Strong in support management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication. ITIL or Salesforce Administrator certification. Experience with Cloud or FMCG environments. The chance to take part in challenging projects within a dynamic environment.
