Salary Package (Monthly Total Gross)
* With Accommodation: 1050

What You Will Do
* Provide inbound phone assistance to private customers.
* Support with device issues, subscriptions, billing, contract updates.
* Identify upsell opportunities using a consultative sales approach.
* Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and empathy.
Requirements
* Fluent Italian (written & spoken).
* Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telecom, retail, customer‑facing sales, telesales, etc.).
* Strong communication & problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to work on‑site in Lisbon.
* EU passport, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or eligible visa.
Location & Schedule
* On‑site position in Lisbon.
* Rotative shifts between 06:00‑22:00, Monday–Sunday.
* 40 h/week (8 h/day + 1 h break).
