Host/hostess

As a Host/Hostess at Roka, your role is to
ensure a seamless guest experience by delivering warm welcomes, managing
reservations, and providing outstanding service that anticipates every need. Be
the face of Roka and create exceptional first impressions!

Roka is a contemporary Japanese robatayaki restaurant,
celebrated for its dynamic open-grill cooking and vibrant atmosphere. Located in the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel, along the Balearic
Island’s east coast, Roka Mallorca offers diners a seasonal, alfresco pop-up of
lazy summer evenings, beautiful dishes, creative cocktails, and live DJs. Local
ingredients are featured in Roka’s signature robatayaki cuisine to create a
menu that can’t be experienced anywhere else.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greet
  guests with a warm, professional welcome that sets the tone for their
  experience


• Handle
  phone calls with courtesy and assist with inquiries or bookings


• Manage
  reservations, confirmations, and bookings to keep the flow smooth


• Keep
  the reception area spotless and inviting


• Assist
  guests with requests, ensuring they’re guided to the right team or area


• Communicate
  effectively during shift handovers to maintain a seamless operation
