Job Summary
Are you passionate about CRM systems and have experience in optimizing business processes? Ingersoll Rand, a global leader in providing mission-critical industrial solutions, is seeking a talented Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in the management of our Salesforce platform,supporting our commitment to continuous innovation and customer excellence. Leveraging your extensive Salesforce knowledge, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Analyst, to drive user maturity and excellence in a large global organization. This new position will report into CRM Program Manager and will work with a variety of global stakeholders across our Compressors EMEIA business.
Responsibilities
* Drive CRM (salesforce.com) improvements, projects and user support.
* Create and maintain standard Dashboards and Reports, support the business providing data analysis.
* Train commercial teams on system and processes and ensure compliance.
* Maintain system effectiveness by managing day-to-day maintenance activities and resolving user related issues.
* Translate business needs into technical requirements.
Basic Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce environment generating reports and insights.
* Experience of coaching and training on Salesforce.
* Strong understanding of sales processes and Salesforce best practices.
* Project Management experience.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Occasional travel within the EMEIA region.
