 
        
        **REQUISITOS**: 
- Passion for technology and sales. 
- Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales of technology and/or software solutions in sectors such as real estate, education, health, retail, sports facilities, among others. 
- Knowledge of prospecting techniques, sales and closing business deals. 
- Training in business administration, marketing, commercial management, engineering or related areas. 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (minimum B2). 
**RECOMMENDATIONS**: 
- Experience in the development of commercial strategies, sales plans and in the use of CRM tools. 
- Microsoft Office 365 environment management. 
- Experience in the use of LinkedIn as a sales and prospecting tool. 
- Results oriented: focus on achieving the company's sales targets and be able to work under pressure to achieve them. 
- Exceptional communication skills to present the product clearly and effectively to customers. 
- Ability to set and meet objectives and targets effectively. 
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close profitable sales deals for the company. 
- Customer oriented. 
- Strategic vision and ability to implement long-term sales plans and objectives. 
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different business and technological environments. 
- Previous experience in a startup/technology company is an advantage.
