WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
* 7–10 years of experience as a Network or Infrastructure Automation Engineer.
* Strong experience in Python and Ansible for automation and scripting.
* Hands-on experience with AWS solutions and automation frameworks.
* Experience working in NOC or infrastructure operational environments.
* Understanding of network fundamentals (routing, switching, LAN/WAN).
* Knowledge of Cisco network environments is a plus.
* Familiarity with APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code concepts, and cloud connectivity (Azure is a plus).
* Exposure to AI-driven automation or operational analytics is a plus.
* Ability to work in international, cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
* Design and implement automation solutions to optimize NOC operations and infrastructure management.
* Develop automation workflows for network and infrastructure tasks using Python, Ansible, and other frameworks.
* Collaborate with network operations teams to improve efficiency and modernize operational processes.
* Support incident resolution and monitor network/infrastructure performance.
* Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in automation and security.
* Maintain and improve automation frameworks and scripts.
* Work in Agile teams, applying best practices in operational automation.
