We are seeking a Water Treatment Building Construction Manager – MEP Specialist with a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems applied to water and wastewater treatment facilities.
This role is intended for experienced construction professionals who are comfortable managing on-site activities, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and supervising technically complex MEP installations.

Requirements
Education:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar).
Specialization Or Proven Experience In MEP Systems Is Essential.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction (10 years preferred), with demonstrated involvement in water treatment plants, industrial facilities, or complex MEP installations.
Experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, logistics, data center, or water infrastructure projects will be highly valued.
Languages:
Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English (essential – skill level will be checked at first interview).
Key Responsibilities
MEP/CSA Construction Management:
Oversee the execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within water treatment buildings, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
Site Supervision:
Coordinate day-to-day on-site activities, contractors, and subcontractors related to MEP works.
Project Planning & Control:
Support planning, scheduling, cost control, and supervision of milestones, with a strong focus on MEP deliverables.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as a technical interface between designers, contractors, suppliers, and the client.
Permits & Compliance:
Support licensing and permitting processes related to MEP installations and utilities when required.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that construction quality meets client standards, technical specifications, and applicable codes.
Budget & Cost Control:
Monitor budgets, manage deviations, and review certifications related to MEP works.
Reporting:
Provide regular progress reports to the client, highlighting risks, technical issues, and mitigation actions.
