We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager for Brand, Media & Lead Generation in Barcelona. This role is pivotal in developing innovative strategies to strengthen brand presence, manage media channels effectively, and generate high-quality leads.
Your Responsibilities :
* Lead Generation Strategy and Performance : Develop and implement strategies to attract potential customers through media, digital channels, trade marketing, BTL activities, and partnerships. Collaborate with sales and retail teams to align efforts with sales objectives. Manage budgets, evaluate ROI, and optimize campaigns using analytics to improve results.
* Brand Development and Management : Analyze market trends and consumer insights to enhance customer experience through branding initiatives. Ensure brand consistency across channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branding with business goals.
* Media Planning and Execution : Oversee media budgets and plans, manage content in line with brand guidelines, and execute campaigns across various channels. Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies based on data insights. Stay updated on industry trends to leverage new media opportunities.
Your Profile :
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; Master’s/MBA is a plus.
* Proven experience in Brand Management, Lead Generation, Digital Marketing, and Media Planning.
* Expertise in lead generation, conversion strategies, and marketing attribution models.
* Knowledge of lead management platforms and tools.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights for decision-making.
* People management experience and excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
* Proficiency in Office tools; PowerBI is advantageous.
* Customer-focused, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams, influence stakeholders, and demonstrate strategic vision and business acumen.
