As an IT Solution Architect, you will serve as the principal technical reference within the Shared Services Centre, guiding the design and build phases of projects, defining application road‑maps and championing best‑practice standards that align with BNP Paribas PF’s strategic objectives.
Collaborate with project teams to delineate functional scopes and translate business requirements into coherent technical designs.
Design Java, .NET and data‑centric solutions, incorporating security and production‑infrastructure considerations.
Assist Project Managers in constructing realistic build plans, cost estimates and delivery schedules.
Work closely with Production‑Infrastructure and DevSecOps teams to provision the necessary middleware, tools and environments.
Provide expert assistance in the analysis, definition and resolution of complex changes or incidents.
Academic background – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Professional experience – Minimum 3 years designing and delivering enterprise solutions (Java, .NET, SOA, micro‑services, event‑driven architectures).
Technical expertise – Familiarity with Spring, .NET frameworks, UML/ArchiMate, service‑mesh, Kafka, Liberty, SQL/NoSQL databases, OpenID/OAuth2/SAML and DevSecOps pipelines.
Domain knowledge – Understanding of banking processes (insurance knowledge is a strong plus).
Languages – Fluent English (additional European language, e.g., French, advantageous).
