About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Media & Programmatic Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our expansion strategy, you will be responsible for managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms focused on user acquisition and ROI optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and optimize daily Paid Media campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max). Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram).
* Develop and implement multichannel performance strategies to drive new player acquisition.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize full-funnel profitability.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements: 4–6 years of experience in Paid Media / Programmatic within gaming, betting, e-commerce, or high-volume apps. Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and DSPs. Experience managing large-scale international campaigns. Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, LTV).
