Overview
Which tasks can you expect?
* Design and execute complex data migration strategies.
* Oversee data mapping, cleansing, and ETL processes for large-scale migrations.
* Ensure compliance with data governance policies.
Qualifications
* Years of experience :
4-6 years of data migration experience.
* Project management :
Able to manage complex data migration projects independently, including project timelines and resource management.
* Functional knowledge :
Strong knowledge of data governance and advanced data migration methodologies;
understanding of industry regulations related to data management.
* Technical knowledge :
Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, etc.);
experience with large-scale data migrations across multiple platforms.
* Certifications :
Certifications in advanced ETL tools or project management (e.G., PMP) are a plus.
* Soft skills :
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
* Leadership :
Capable of leading small teams and providing technical direction.
* Business development :
Ability to identify opportunities to streamline data migration processes and enhance client value.
* Client-facing :
Regular client interactions, providing technical guidance and solution strategies.
