We are looking for a Clinical Lead for our BW Sales Organization in Spain.
Responsibilities/functions
* Supervise, motivate, manage, and support the sales force - Clinical Specialists - and participate in selection and training.
* Collaborate in the development of the sales plan.
* Define objectives for clinical specialists.
* Provide clinical support to customers and team members.
* Execute the product strategy and roadmap.
* Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products or novel approaches.
* Coordinate and execute training activities.
* Analyze customer feedback and market conditions, and recommend sales plans and product launches.
* Collaborate in marketing activities and ensure implementation.
* Identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
Required:
* 10 years of relevant experience with Cardiac Navigation Systems.
* Training experience in Electrophysiology.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage relationships with Sales, support, and Marketing teams.
* Experience in a multi-cultural environment.
* Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
* Willing to travel frequently.
* Results-oriented.
* Alignment with Credo values.
Preferred:
* Proficiency in Carto3 and associated tools.
* Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
* Customer-facing sales experience.
* Project management experience with BW technology.

* Creative and practical problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Residence in Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, Euskadi, La Rioja, or Navarra.
